What happens when a country prints too much money ? well, it’s simple too much of anything will make that thing loose it’s value…whether it’s money or food or clothes anything. Too much of anything will make it less valuable.
Here is 60 min. video interview with Fed chairman…real message is towards the end of this video where he expressed that he is simply printing money….and he has to otherwise the economy will go south…
Zimbabwe happens to be one country that printed way too much money thinking they could bail themselves out of their financial problems by printing. I hope you follow general news…if you don’t. No worries I have you covered in this short film on Zimbabwe’s money…check this out…hit play on this video below.
OK……….so that was then…..did printing money worked.. ?
Guess where they are now. This video below is very depressing but as you play it you will learn the real message is that they are back to gold standard. Without gold today there is no way to survive in Zimbabwe now.
You heard in 60 minute video current Fed. Chairman acknowledging ‘printing money’
Let us see how much….
And this gets better…what happens if a currency is not backed by gold. And mind you this is coming from a Fed chairman who himself printed truck loads of money………..
Do you think America is different and rules of economy do not apply to America ?
All that printing will not create massive inflation going forward ? The amount of money being printed today has never been printed before in America.
Well, Alan green span suggested inflation. Zimbabwe has seen so….Greenspan also said correctly about Gold……..Zimbabwe is back on gold standard……(sort of).
Question is inflation or no inflation in America ? if your answer is ‘yes’ then value of your money will be destroyed..just as it happened in Zimbabwe.
If your answer is ‘NO’ –buddy you got nothing to worry about…just continue to live your American dream………
And here is Peter Schiff’s response on Fed’s 60 min. interview.
